Angela leads the customer, sales, and service functions, with a relentless focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Her leadership style is grounded in commercial acumen, human-centred design, and a coaching approach that empowers teams to thrive. With more than two decades in senior leadership across insurance, estate planning and fintech, Angela brings a blend of strategic oversight and customer insight. 

Angela is passionate about creating cultures where every team member understands their role in driving business success and where customer value is embedded in every decision. She is a graduate of the Institute of Directors’ Company Directors Course, holds a degree in Business Transformation and Change, and has been a Certified Life Coach for nearly 20 years. Outside of work, she remains actively involved in community initiatives, life coaching and mentoring.
