Change to Direct Debit
Paying by direct debit is the most convenient payment method and you’ll avoid the 3.95% credit card processing fee.
We are a registered Debit Debit Authority Holder, which means that your bank is comfortable that our processes ensure we will only debit the authorised amount from your account. A direct debit also means that if your premiums change for any reason, that you don’t need to change any details at the bank, as this will happen automatically.
To change to direct debit, or to change the bank account we have on file, fill in this online form or call us, as in most cases we can change your bank account details over the phone.
If your bank isn’t on the list below then we’ll need you to download our Direct Debit form, fill it in, sign and return it to us
Change to Credit Card
If you choose to pay using your credit card, a 3.95% credit card processing fee will be added to each payment. You will also need to advise us of your new card details each time your card expires, or you change cards.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club and AMEX cards. To change to credit card or update your current card details fill in and sign our credit card or debit card payment authority form and return it to us, or call us to complete the change over the phone.
